The Signet 

 MODEL AE-99TD Table Top Printer

The new Signet Model AE-99TD Table Top Printer has been designed as a versatile table mounted marker capable of debossing a variety of substrates such as chipboard folding cartons, blister cards, etc. The Table Top Printer is ideal for short production runs, R & D packaging, re-packing or whenever you require a positive debossed code on your packaging material that is not being run through automated equipment.

The Table Top Printer unit is completely self contained. It includes an air operated marking unit ( with type holder) mounted to the table top marking platform on adjustable brackets. Adjustable product guides are provided for fast and convenient alignment of the package to the target marking area. Table Top Printer Controls include a solenoid valve, filter-regulator-lubricator unit and a foot-switch actuator.

Signet manufactures hardened steel type to meet any specifications and can provide a type holder and type to fit your specific needs.

The Model HSTT Table Top Hot Stamp Printer offers a variety of printing elements to achieve high quality variable printing on most any packaging substrate. The versatile type holder/chase has up to a 2"x 5" print area capacity accommodating interchangeable Steel Type, photo-etched plates or a combination of both. Signet Hot Stamp ribbons are available in several colors and sizes to meet the needs of most applications.

    Multi-line Marking for 2 or 3 Lines of Information

    Poly-Flex® 4- or 5- Line Marking

   Large Character Contact Coder

Print large characters horizontally or vertically. The Signet T-Flex® Model 200 Coder is ideal for printing characters of ¾", 1" or 1½".

   Tray Marking

The model 90-SR Coder prints within ½" of the bottom of your tray, case or carton. Character sizes include ½ or 5/8" in height. We can handle line speeds of 280 feet/minute (85 meters/minute) or 130 cartons/minute.

   Type Coding for Stitched-Sealed Bags

For in-line code dating of tapes used on stitched-sealed bags, the TC-50 Tape Coder can be easily implemented into your current system. This unit is designed to print clean, legible impressions on paper tape.

A microporous ink roll delivers ink which dries by instant absorption on porous surfaces such as cartons, boxes, fiber drums, shipping containers, and non-coated papers. Specialty rolls for non-porous surfaces are available.
