Anilox Ink Roll System - Ceramic coated engraved ink roll is gear driven in time with the printing cylinder, precisely metered by our unique doctor blade assembly and continuously supplied with ink by a recalculating air operated pump. A micromatic vernier style adjustment allows the anilox roll to provide an even inking of the printing dies, a key to quality printing.

Kickfeed Box Feeding System - Flexible stainless steel kickfeed plates contact the box along open fluted edge and guide it into the press. A direct drive reciprocating arm provides a positive timed feed while the infeed grip roll with its adjustable compression roll assures precise registration. This unique design is more forgiving of warped board, reduces jams and facilitates higher operating speeds and production output.

Adjustable Compression Rolls - A key to quality printing is proper print drum compression. Easily adjusted compression rolls permit precise contact of the printing die and box. Adjustment range from E flute single sheet to Double wall RSC's make the Signet the most versatile in-plant printing press.

Hand Register Wheels - Changing the print location on the box is made simple. The print drum is disengaged from the main drive by loosening 4 bolts. The print location is then advanced or retarded as necessary by rotating the hand register wheel to the pre-determined calibration mark.

	The all steel print drums will accept a variety of printing die mounting systems. Standard flexo printing dies (.250" thick) are generally adhered to a mylar sheet that has plastic j-hook lead edge attached. This hooks on to the stainless steel drum channel permitting quick changeovers
	Short runs facilitated by a quick changeover while high speeds permit large volume production as well.
